My Nanna’s Place cottage has three private rooms, one with new comfy queen size bed, second one with 2 x single comfy beds and third comfy double size bed. There is a sitting/lounge room with gas heater and reverse cycle a/c. The cottage has two bathrooms 1/ bathtub 1/ walk in shower. There is one toilet and laundry facilities. A well equipped kitchen. Enjoy gas heater in the winter, air-conditioning in the summer and lazy days on the verandah. All within easy stroll of the CBD shopping, Clubs, Supermarkets and Tourists Attractions.

Lounge Room Lounge room has 37in TV, DVD, refrigerated air conditioning and heating, plus gas heater, magazines & tourist information.	Bathroom Bathroom with walk in shower plus a bath and separate toilet. Quality towels, hairdryer and quality soap and shampoo provided.	Bedrooms 3 bedrooms:1 x queen size bed, 1 x with double bed, 1 x 2 single beds.. Ideally suited for 3 couples. All bedding is provided with quality linen
Laundry Laundry has automatic washing machine, iron and ironing board also outside clothesline.	Kitchen Fully equipped kitchen with stove/oven, microwave with added extras and appliances, tea, coffee and milk available on arrival.	Backyard Enclosed backyard, off street parking, entertainment area BBQ (gas) with tables and chairs.

Arrival Time - 2pm or earlier if cottage is ready
